目的：探讨多种血液净化技术用于二尖瓣成形术后严重溶血性肾衰的效果。方法回顾分析1例二尖瓣膜成形术后机械性溶血，并发严重贫血和肾功能衰竭患者的诊断治疗过程。联合使用了血浆置换、血液浓缩和血液透析多种超滤技术。结果患者痊愈出院。结论二尖瓣成形术后出现严重溶血应尽早诊断，再次手术，联合应用多种血液净化技术对大量游离血红蛋白所致肾功能衰竭治疗效果良好。

Objective To investigate the effects of multiple blood purification techniques for severe hemolytic renal failure after mitral valvuloplasty. Methods Retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment process for one case of mechanical hemolysis after mitral valvuloplasty, complicated with severe anemia and renal failure. Three ultrafiltration techniques of plasmapheresis, blood concen?tration and dialysis were used. Results The patient recovered completely. Conclusions Severe hemolysis after mitral repair should bediagnosedand managed early. Combined multiple blood purification techniquesare effective in renal failure caused by severe hyper?hemoglobinemia.
