随着现代企业的规模化生产取代传统的手工作坊，以传统手工业为基础建立起的“传统学徒制”人才培养模式在培养人才的数量、质量和规范性都存在很大的不足，不能很好地适应经济的快速发展。因此一种新型人才培养培训制度———“现代师徒制”应运而生。文中以“现代师徒制”在我院汽修专业的实际应用为例，通过分析与总结将其应用到实践过程当中的优势与不足，并提出了相应的改进方法，以便能够使其在汽修专业课程教育过程当中发挥更大作用。

With the large scale production of modern enterprise to replace the traditional hand workshop, the personnel training, quality, quantity and specification of the"traditional apprentice-ship"talent cultivation mode, which are based on the traditional handicraft industry, are very inadequate and can not well adapt to the fast economic development. In this case, a new talent cultiva-tion system-"Modern-Prentice"came into being. With the prac-tical application of "Modern-Prentice" in the vehicle mainte-nance and repair specialty in our college as an example, through the analysis and summary of its advantages and disadvantages when it is applied to practice, this paper puts forward the corre-sponding improvement methods, in order to be able to make it play a greater role in automotive professional courses during the education process.
