在高职院校中经济法多为经济管理类学科的专业技能课，对培养学生的法律意识具有重要意义。目前，经济法教学中存在学生法律基础知识薄弱、教材专业适用性不强、“双师型”教师太少、成绩考核不合理等问题。本文通过对高职院校经济法教学现状的分析，指出教学中存在的问题，寻求解决方法，以促进经济法教学效果的优化。

In higher vocational colleges, economic law, mostly a professional skill course for economic management disciplines, is of great significance to train legal consciousness of students. At present, there are certain issues in the teaching of economic law, for example, students are weak in basic knowledge of law; the textbooks are inappropriate for students; higher vocational col-leges are short of "double-type" teachers; the performance ap-praisal of the course is designed unreasonably and so on. In this article, the writer will point out the problems existing in the teaching through analyzing the current situation of the economic law teaching in higher vocational colleges to seek the solution, in order to promote the optimization of the economic law teaching.
