目的：通过对比的方式，分析支原体感染以及衣原体感染导致不孕症发生的原因。方法2014年2月至2015年2月共计72例不孕症夫妇与我院就诊，将其作为本次研究的试验组，另选择65例本院接诊的正常夫妇作为对照组，通过对比方式进行探究。结果试验组UU阳性检出率（45．83％）显著高于对照组的检出率（7．69％）；试验组25～29岁这一年龄阶段患者的感染率为51．89％显著高于其他年龄阶段；33例UU阳性患者中，全部患者精子的活动率＜50％，其中抗精子抗体阳性率（87．89％）。 UU

Objective To study the possible reasons of infertility by analyzing UU and CT infections. Methods 72 infertile couples treated from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital were selected as experimental group and 65 healthy couples were selected as control group. The comparison research was conducted.Results The positive rate of UU of experimental group (45.83%) was significantly higher than that of control group (7.69%); the infection rate for the patients aged from 25 ~29 (51.89%) was significantly higher than that of patients at other age grades;For 33 UU positive cases, the active ratio was less than 50%;the anti-sperm antibody positive rate was 87.89%.For 39 UU negative cases, the anti-sperm antibody positive rate was 33.33%(P<0.05).Conclusions UU and CT infections will cause a series of inflammations and be the main reason of infertility.
