目的::探讨并分析间隙蓝光照射在新生儿黄疸治疗方面的可行性。方法:2012年3月~2013年3月,某院收治120例黄疸新生儿患者,按照随机的方式将其列入观察组(58例)和对照组(62例)。观察组应用间隙蓝光照射疗法,而对照组则使用持续蓝光照射疗法,对比分析两组患儿的临床效果和不良反应的发生情况。结果:两组患儿的治疗效果相比,P >0.05,比较差异不具备显著性统计学的意义;与对照组相比,观察组患儿不良反应的发生率明显较低,P <0.05,比较差异有显著性统计学意义。结论:在新生儿黄疸的临床治疗中,间隙蓝光照射疗法的临床效果确切,且安全性强,属于一种行之有效的治疗方法。

목적::탐토병분석간극람광조사재신생인황달치료방면적가행성。방법:2012년3월~2013년3월,모원수치120례황달신생인환자,안조수궤적방식장기렬입관찰조(58례)화대조조(62례)。관찰조응용간극람광조사요법,이대조조칙사용지속람광조사요법,대비분석량조환인적림상효과화불량반응적발생정황。결과:량조환인적치료효과상비,P >0.05,비교차이불구비현저성통계학적의의;여대조조상비,관찰조환인불량반응적발생솔명현교저,P <0.05,비교차이유현저성통계학의의。결론:재신생인황달적림상치료중,간극람광조사요법적림상효과학절,차안전성강,속우일충행지유효적치료방법。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the feasibility to treat neonatal jaundice through inter-mittent phototherapy of blue light.Methods:Select the 120 newborns with neonatal jaundice received in some hospital during the period from March 2012 to March 2013 an randomly list them in observation group(58 ca-ses)and control group(62 cases).The observation received intermittent phototherapy of blue light while the control group were treated with continuous phototherapy of blue light ,compare and analyze the clinical effect and the occurrence of adverse reaction in both group.Results:To compare the 2 groups ,there was no obvious difference between them in curative effect P >0.05.the difference was not statistically significant;to compare with control group,the occurrence of adverse reaction in observation was obviously lower,P < 0.05,the difference was obvious and statistically significant.Conclusion:It is clinically effective to treat neonatal jaun-dice through intermittent phototherapy of blue light,it is safe,and it is also a feasible treatment protocol.
