研讨是提升干部培训质量的重要方式,是学员参与教学的重要环节,也是教学相长、学学相长的交流平台。研讨作为一个重要的教学环节,要与理论学习紧密结合。同时也要与论坛、论文写作环节相衔接,以实现研讨成果的转化和提升。干部培训研讨主要有两种方式,即单元小组研讨和专题研讨。单元研讨题目要与本行业发展特色相结合专题研讨题目要突出行业特色,与论坛及论文写作相结合。研讨的组织形式有小组研讨和班级研讨。组织开展研讨首先要确定研讨小组组长(主持人);组长充分准备研讨题的有关材料,研讨小组成员提前拟定研讨提纲;组长主持研讨的顺利开展和进行;同一个研讨题分成几个研讨小组的,可进行总结和交流。

The study is an important way to improve the quality of cadres training, is an important part of stu-dents to participate in teaching, teaching benefits teachers as well as students, but also learn the constructive ex-change platform. Research as an important link in the teaching process, should be closely integrated with the theory of learning.
