目的：：探讨盆腔炎低频治疗仪+中药灌肠盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年11月~2012年12月在某院接受治疗的100例盆腔炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用中药灌肠和盆腔炎治疗仪治疗,观察组采用盆腔炎低频治疗仪+中药灌肠治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的临床疗效显著高于对照组患者,P <0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论：对盆腔炎患者使用低频治疗仪+中药灌肠治疗疗效显著,具有临床价值意义,可以大力推广。
목적：：탐토분강염저빈치료의+중약관장분강염적림상료효。방법：선취2010년11월~2012년12월재모원접수치료적100례분강염환자,수궤분위량조,대조조채용중약관장화분강염치료의치료,관찰조채용분강염저빈치료의+중약관장치료,대비분석량조환자적림상료효。결과：관찰조환자적림상료효현저고우대조조환자,P <0.05차이구유통계학의의。결론：대분강염환자사용저빈치료의+중약관장치료료효현저,구유림상개치의의,가이대력추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of low-frequency pelvic inflammation therapeutic apparatus plus TCM enema on pelvic inflammation disease.Methods:Select 100 patients with pelvic inflamma-tion disease in our hospital during the period from November 2010 to December 2012 and randomly divide them into two groups,treat the control group with TCM enema and pelvic inflammation therapeutic appara-tus,while the observation group were treated with low-frequency pelvic inflammation therapeutic apparatus and TCM enema ,compare and analyze the clinical effect in the two groups.Results:The clinical effect in ob-servation group was obviously better than that in control group,P <0.05,the difference was statistically sig-nificant.Conclusion:It is clinically effective to treat patients with pelvic inflammation disease with low-fre-quency pelvic inflammation therapeutic apparatus plus TCM enema ,it is clinically significant and worthy of vigorous promotion.
