课堂教学是教书育人的主要阵地，高职院校个性化教学课堂的建构涉及到教师的教学思想、学生的学习思想，以及教学设计/教学实施等多个环节。本文以尊重个性差异作为指导原则，探讨了高职院校《大学英语》个性化教学课堂的建构方法。

Class teaching is one of the important means of instruction. The individualized teaching class is connected with four aspects, which refers to the teaching ideas from teachers, learning ideas from students, teaching design and teaching procedure. Using the idea of respecting the individual difference as the basic principle, this paper elaborates the methods on how to construct an individualized teaching class of College English in vocational colleges.
