目的：：观察喜炎平注射液治疗痰热阻肺型肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例肺炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组30例，试验组选用喜炎平注射液联合盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗，对照组选取盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗，比较两组指标及疗效。结果：试验组在咳嗽、咳痰，肺部啰音，血象异常，胸片异常消失的时间方面明显低于对照组，两组统计学处理，有显著性差异(P <0.05)。两组平均住院天数比较，试验组明显低于对照组，两组统计学处理，有显著性差异(P <0.05)。试验组治愈率为93.33%，对照组治愈率为66.7%，两组统计学处理，有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论：喜炎平注射液联合盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗痰热阻肺型肺炎较单独使用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液疗效显著。
목적：：관찰희염평주사액치료담열조폐형폐염적림상료효。방법：장60례폐염환자수궤분위시험조화대조조，매조30례，시험조선용희염평주사액연합염산좌양불사성주사액치료，대조조선취염산좌양불사성주사액치료，비교량조지표급료효。결과：시험조재해수、해담，폐부라음，혈상이상，흉편이상소실적시간방면명현저우대조조，량조통계학처리，유현저성차이(P <0.05)。량조평균주원천수비교，시험조명현저우대조조，량조통계학처리，유현저성차이(P <0.05)。시험조치유솔위93.33%，대조조치유솔위66.7%，량조통계학처리，유현저성차이(P <0.05)。결론：희염평주사액연합염산좌양불사성주사액치료담열조폐형폐염교단독사용염산좌양불사성주사액료효현저。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of xiyanping injection on pulmonary retention of phlegmopyrexia.Methods:Divide 60 patients with pneumonia into experiment group and control group,30 ca-ses for each group,treat the experiment group with xiyanping injection plus levofloxacin hydrochloride Leva-quin injection ,while the control group were treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride Levaquin injection,com-pare the index and curative effect in the 2 groups.Results:The disappearing time of cough,expectoration,lung rale ,abnormality in hemogram and chest film in experiment group were earlier than that in control group, the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).To compare the length of stays , the experiment group was superior to control group,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P <0.05 ).The recovery rate of the experiment group was 93.33%,and the rate of the control group was 66.7%,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Compared with levofloxacin hydrochloride Levaquin injection,xiyanping injection complicated with evofloxa-cin hydrochloride Levaquin injection is more effective to treat pulmonary retention of phlegmopyrexia.
