目的:探讨双歧杆菌黏附素对嗜酸乳杆菌(L.acidophillus)抑制白色念珠菌(C.albicans)黏附肠上皮Lovo细胞的促进作用。方法:分离2株 L.acidophillusⅠ、Ⅱ,分别将 C.albicans、C.albicans+L.acidophillus、C.albicans+不同浓度黏附素、C.albicans+L.acidophillus+不同浓度黏附素与肠上皮Lovo细胞混合孵育后,计数肠上皮Lovo细胞上黏附C.albicans的个数。结果:双歧杆菌黏附素对L.acidophillus抑制C.albicans黏附肠上皮细胞的作用与L.acidophillus的种类和黏附素浓度都有关。C.albicans+L.acidophillusⅡ+黏附素比C.albicans+L.acidophillusⅠ+同浓度黏附素效果好。结论:双歧杆菌黏附素能促进L.acidophillus抑制C.albicans黏附肠上皮细胞的作用。
目的:探討雙歧桿菌黏附素對嗜痠乳桿菌(L.acidophillus)抑製白色唸珠菌(C.albicans)黏附腸上皮Lovo細胞的促進作用。方法:分離2株 L.acidophillusⅠ、Ⅱ,分彆將 C.albicans、C.albicans+L.acidophillus、C.albicans+不同濃度黏附素、C.albicans+L.acidophillus+不同濃度黏附素與腸上皮Lovo細胞混閤孵育後,計數腸上皮Lovo細胞上黏附C.albicans的箇數。結果:雙歧桿菌黏附素對L.acidophillus抑製C.albicans黏附腸上皮細胞的作用與L.acidophillus的種類和黏附素濃度都有關。C.albicans+L.acidophillusⅡ+黏附素比C.albicans+L.acidophillusⅠ+同濃度黏附素效果好。結論:雙歧桿菌黏附素能促進L.acidophillus抑製C.albicans黏附腸上皮細胞的作用。
목적:탐토쌍기간균점부소대기산유간균(L.acidophillus)억제백색념주균(C.albicans)점부장상피Lovo세포적촉진작용。방법:분리2주 L.acidophillusⅠ、Ⅱ,분별장 C.albicans、C.albicans+L.acidophillus、C.albicans+불동농도점부소、C.albicans+L.acidophillus+불동농도점부소여장상피Lovo세포혼합부육후,계수장상피Lovo세포상점부C.albicans적개수。결과:쌍기간균점부소대L.acidophillus억제C.albicans점부장상피세포적작용여L.acidophillus적충류화점부소농도도유관。C.albicans+L.acidophillusⅡ+점부소비C.albicans+L.acidophillusⅠ+동농도점부소효과호。결론:쌍기간균점부소능촉진L.acidophillus억제C.albicans점부장상피세포적작용。
Objective:To study the promotion of bifidobacterium adhesins on the inhibition of lactobacillus acidophillus on the adhesion of candida albicans to intestinal epithelial cells.Methods:L.acidophillusⅠ,Ⅱ were selected,C.albicans,C.albicans+L. acidophillus,C.albicans + different concentrations bifidobacterium adhesins,C.albicans + L.acidophillus + different concentrations bifidobacterium adhesins were mixed with intestinal epithelial lovo cells and were incubated,the number of C.albicans which had adhered to intestinal epithelial Lovo cells were counted.Results:The effect of bifidobacterium adhesins on the inhibition of lactobacillus acidophillus on the adhesion of candida albicans to intestinal epithelial cells were related with the type of L. acidophillus and the concentration of adhesins.The effect of C.albicans+L.acidophillusⅡ+adhesins was better than that of C. albicans + L.acidophillus Ⅰ + same concentration adhesins.Conclusion:Bifidobacterium adhesins could promote the inhibition of lactobacillus acidophillus on the adhesion of candida albicans to intestinal epithelial cells.
