目的：探讨脑苷肌肽注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果及对血清基质金属蛋白酶7（MMP‐7）水平的影响。方法选取我院住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者70例，随机均分为2组，分别行常规治疗与脑苷肌肽治疗，对比2组疗效与MMP‐7水平。结果治疗3周后观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组，NIHSS评分与血清MMP‐7水平显著低于对照组。结论脑苷肌肽注射液能够有效改善患者神经功能缺损情况，并有效降低患者血清基质蛋白酶水平。

목적：탐토뇌감기태주사액치료급성뇌경사환자적림상효과급대혈청기질금속단백매7（MMP‐7）수평적영향。방법선취아원주원치료적급성뇌경사환자70례，수궤균분위2조，분별행상규치료여뇌감기태치료，대비2조료효여MMP‐7수평。결과치료3주후관찰조치료유효솔현저고우대조조，NIHSS평분여혈청MMP‐7수평현저저우대조조。결론뇌감기태주사액능구유효개선환자신경공능결손정황，병유효강저환자혈청기질단백매수평。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection on acute cerebral in‐farction and serum matrix metalloproteinase 7(MMP‐7).Methods 70 cases with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Patients in two groups separately received routine treatment and the thera‐py of encephalon glycoside and ignotin. The efficacy and MMP‐7 level of two groups were compared.Results After 3 weeks treatment ,the effective rate of the observation group was evidently higher than that of the control group ,and NIHSS scores and serum matrix MMP‐7 level of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection not only can effectively treat acute cerebral infarction and improve neurologic impairment ,but also effectively reduce serum matrix metalloproteinase level.
