以注塑制品手机壳体为例,针对困气缺陷,利用Moldflow模拟熔体流动和熔接痕的形成机理,分析导致困气缺陷的原因。从模具和制品结构入手,提出前模增加排气镶块、修改制品料厚、困气区域增加浇口、增加辅助浇口等4种消除困气缺陷的解决方案,并详细介绍了每个方案的内容。通过对比分析,增加一个辅助浇口,将熔体汇聚位置转移到易排气的反插骨位置是优选方案,经过试模生产,较好地消除了困气缺陷,提高了制品质量。

Taking plastic injection products phone shell as an example,the cause of air trap defects was analyzed by use of Moldflow in simulating melt flow and formation mechanism of weld mark. Four solutions of eliminating air trap defects were proposed from mold and product structure,such as adding venting insert on front-mold,modifying the thickness of product,adding one gate on air trap region,adding one auxiliary gate,and the contents of each solution was introduced in detail. The solution of adding one auxiliary gate is the optimization by contrast analysis,position of the melt together is transferred to reverse-insert bone location where is easy to venting. Air trap defects are better eliminated and the quality of the products is improved via the experiment of injection molding.
