本文以武钢三中200名学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查、体质测试等研究方法,在分析体质健康测试数据现状的基础上,制订和实施为期12周的运动干预,并对干预前后结果进行对比研究。结果表明:高中生有一定的健康意识,因为平时缺少锻炼,所以高中生存在超重、肥胖,身体机能和素质较差等现象;通过对调查对象进行运动干预,在干预过程中对运动负荷进行监控,并结合实验参与者的主观感觉,对运动方案进行适当调整,使运动干预更加科学化、合理化,干预后发现调查对象的身体形态、素质和机能指标均有不同程度的提高,科学的运动干预对调查对象各个指标的提高具有积极影响。研究为提高高中生的体质健康水平,树立科学的健身意识提供了科学的参考依据。

본문이무강삼중200명학생위연구대상,통과문권조사、체질측시등연구방법,재분석체질건강측시수거현상적기출상,제정화실시위기12주적운동간예,병대간예전후결과진행대비연구。결과표명:고중생유일정적건강의식,인위평시결소단련,소이고중생존재초중、비반,신체궤능화소질교차등현상;통과대조사대상진행운동간예,재간예과정중대운동부하진행감공,병결합실험삼여자적주관감각,대운동방안진행괄당조정,사운동간예경가과학화、합이화,간예후발현조사대상적신체형태、소질화궤능지표균유불동정도적제고,과학적운동간예대조사대상각개지표적제고구유적겁영향。연구위제고고중생적체질건강수평,수립과학적건신의식제공료과학적삼고의거。
This paper takes 200 students of the Wugang No.3 High School as research objects. By usingthe methods of questionnaire investigation andphysical test, this paper identified the intervention training programs based on the analysis of health status of thesample and consistently implemented for 12 weeks, and compared the samplesbefore and after the intervention. The results shows that high school students have a certain sense of health, however, because of the usual lack of exercise, phenomena like overweight, obesity, poor body function and quality are exist among this group. Through the exercise intervention on the investigation objects, by means of monitoring the exercise load during the interventions and combining with the subjective feeling of participants,we appropriately adjusted the exercise program to make the interventionmore scientific and reasonable. After the intervention, we find that the index of the body shape, quality and function are improved to different degrees, and scientific exercise intervention has positive impact on the improvement of various indicators. This paper provides a scientific basis for improving thephysical health and the scientific fitness awareness of high school students.
