采用文献分析法对商科人才的理想人格特征进行了分析,并运用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷对贵州省4所院校787名大三学生进行了测试,对比分析商科学生职业人格特点。结果:(1)外向乐群,活泼开朗,好强上进,敢为敢当,善于沟通、乐于协作,富于创新、情绪稳定、心态平和,自律自明、客观务实、专业能力扎实等系列人格特征是现代商贸、流通、服务行业从业人员的理想人格特征;(2)贵州省不同学科类别大学生在人格因素上的得分差异显著,贵州商科学生的人格特征在多数因子上与商科人才理想特征相符,但仍有塑造和发展空间;(3)贵州商科学生的人格特征在性别,独生子女与否及城乡差异显著,民族差异不显著,男生所表现出来的人格特征更符合商业人才特点。
採用文獻分析法對商科人纔的理想人格特徵進行瞭分析,併運用卡特爾16種人格因素問捲對貴州省4所院校787名大三學生進行瞭測試,對比分析商科學生職業人格特點。結果:(1)外嚮樂群,活潑開朗,好彊上進,敢為敢噹,善于溝通、樂于協作,富于創新、情緒穩定、心態平和,自律自明、客觀務實、專業能力扎實等繫列人格特徵是現代商貿、流通、服務行業從業人員的理想人格特徵;(2)貴州省不同學科類彆大學生在人格因素上的得分差異顯著,貴州商科學生的人格特徵在多數因子上與商科人纔理想特徵相符,但仍有塑造和髮展空間;(3)貴州商科學生的人格特徵在性彆,獨生子女與否及城鄉差異顯著,民族差異不顯著,男生所錶現齣來的人格特徵更符閤商業人纔特點。

This paper analyzed the ideal personality characteristics of commerce by literature analysis method, and tested 787 junior students from 4 colleges of Guizhou by using the Sixteen Personality Factor Questionaire (16PF), analyzed business students vocational personality traits. Results: (1) Social gregarious, lively, cheerful, good strong progress, dare to dare, good communication skills, willing to cooperate, innovative, emotional stability, peace of mind, self-evident, objective and pragmatic, solid expertise and other personality characteristics are modern Ideal Per-sonality of trade, distribution, service industry employees; (2) College students from different disciplines score differ-ences in personality factors is significant in Guizhou Province. The Guizhou business students' personality traits are consistent with commerce' desirable features on most factors, but there are still shaping and development space; (3) the difference between personality characteristics of Guizhou business students in gender, only child or not , urban or rural areas were significant, ethnic there was no significant difference, the personality characteristics of boys has shown more in line with the characteristics of commerce.
