为了筛选适合甘肃河西地区种植的早熟优质啤酒大麦,同时给后期啤酒大麦品种选育提供依据,对引自其他省份的26个早熟啤酒大麦品种进行适应性种植,并测定了多项性状指标。结果表明,引进大麦品种在农艺性状、经济性状上存在一定的差异。宝丹的株高仅48.78 cm,是降低大麦株高的特殊种质资源;24个品种的早熟特性为培育可以躲避干热风危害的早熟大麦提供了物质基础。大福1号、宝丹、鄂大麦9号等一些品种在部分性状上要优于对照甘啤5号。利用性状数据进行聚类分析,将27个大麦品种明显分成两大类,从一定程度上反映出不同品种间的遗传差异。

Aiming at selecting high-quality malting barley varieties suitable to be planted in Hexi areas in Gansu Province and providing a basis for breeding new malting barley varieties in the future, the present study conducted adaptive planting for 26 malting barley vari-eties introduced from other provinces, and also measured a number of trait indicators. There existed some differences in agronomic and economic traits among different barley varieties. The plant height of the variety Baodan was only 48. 78 cm, so it could be used as a special germplasm materical to reduce plant height in barley breeding. The traits of early maturity present in 24 varieties might serve as a material resource for breading early mature barley that can avoid the harm of dry-hot wind. Some cultivars including Dafu 1, Bao-dan, and Ebarley 9 were superior in some traits to the control Ganpi 5. Based on the data of these agronomic and economic traits, a clustering analysis was performed, which divided 27 barley cultivars into two categories, reflecting a certain degree of genetic differ-ences among these introduced cultivars.
