目的：分析临床药师在临床实践中提出的药物治疗建议，探讨临床存在的用药问题，为药学实践提供参考。方法：回顾性分析临床药师于2013年7月至2014年6月1年中为临床（急诊ICU、骨科、肝胆外科等9个科室）提供并被采纳的治疗建议，对建议数量、干预药物的类别、治疗建议的类型及具体干预内容等进行归纳整理。结果：治疗建议的数量随时间的发展呈上升趋势。干预的药物共56类，前3类药物分别是抗菌药物、营养支持药物及肝胆疾病辅助用药。治疗建议的类型共涉及“给药方案调整”、“疗程管理”等9大类，包括25个亚类型。结论：临床药师的治疗建议有助于促进临床合理用药，同时作为治疗团队的一员，可提供更好的个体化治疗方案。

목적：분석림상약사재림상실천중제출적약물치료건의，탐토림상존재적용약문제，위약학실천제공삼고。방법：회고성분석림상약사우2013년7월지2014년6월1년중위림상（급진ICU、골과、간담외과등9개과실）제공병피채납적치료건의，대건의수량、간예약물적유별、치료건의적류형급구체간예내용등진행귀납정리。결과：치료건의적수량수시간적발전정상승추세。간예적약물공56류，전3류약물분별시항균약물、영양지지약물급간담질병보조용약。치료건의적류형공섭급“급약방안조정”、“료정관리”등9대류，포괄25개아류형。결론：림상약사적치료건의유조우촉진림상합리용약，동시작위치료단대적일원，가제공경호적개체화치료방안。
Objective:To analyze the drug treatment advice proposed by clinical pharmacists in clinical practice and explore the problems existing in the drug treatment and provide the reference for pharmaceutical care.Methods: The accepted treatment advice offered by clinical pharmacists in nine departments such as emergency ICU, orthopedics department and hepatobiliary surgery etc. were retrospectively analyzed from July 2013 to June 2014. The numbers and types of advice, categories of intervention drugs and specific contents of the intervention were collected and collated.Results: There was an increase in the number of treatment advice along with time. The clinical pharmacists intervened in the treatment of 56 classes of medicines, the top 3 ones were antibacterial drugs, nutritional supplements and auxiliary drugs respectively in hepatobiliary disease. There were 9 types (25 subtypes) of treatment recommendations including adjustment of therapeutic regimen, management for the course of treatment and so on.Conclusion: The treatment advice offered by clinical pharmacists promoted clinical rational drug use. At the same time, as a member of the treatment team, clinical pharmacist can provide the better individualized treatment plan.
