学科竞赛具有特殊的创新实践教育功能,能很好的培养学生的理论结合实际能力、团队协作与创新精神。学科竞赛指导教师团队通过几年的探索,构建了“基于朋辈辅学法的学科竞赛培训教学体系”。该体系以学科竞赛培训为载体,以学生“朋辈辅学”为主导,在团队合作的环境中,由经验丰富的老师的指导,充分调动学生参与积极性,较为全面的训练了学生的实践工程能力、团队协作能力与创新意识,是一种可以借鉴推广的实践教学体系。

학과경새구유특수적창신실천교육공능,능흔호적배양학생적이론결합실제능력、단대협작여창신정신。학과경새지도교사단대통과궤년적탐색,구건료“기우붕배보학법적학과경새배훈교학체계”。해체계이학과경새배훈위재체,이학생“붕배보학”위주도,재단대합작적배경중,유경험봉부적로사적지도,충분조동학생삼여적겁성,교위전면적훈련료학생적실천공정능력、단대협작능력여창신의식,시일충가이차감추엄적실천교학체계。
Subject contest has a special feature in innovative education practices, It can train students ability of integrate theory with actual, teamwork and innovation.Through the years of exploration, Our college instructor team competitions build a " subject contest training and teaching system based on peer assisted learning law."The subject contest is the carrier to the training system, and the student "peer assisted learning" as the dominant, in the team environment, by experienced teacher's guide, it fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate, more compre-hensive training of students' practical engineering ability, teamwork and innovation. This is a good way to learn and promotion of practical teaching system.
