为了提高超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)的耐腐蚀性能,采用改良Hummer法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),通过液相超声混合后热压成型的方法制备GO质量分数为0.1%的PE-UHMW/GO复合材料。将纯PE-UHMW和PE-UHMW/GO复合材料浸泡在纯水、70%硫酸溶液、50%盐酸溶液、20%氢氧化钠溶液中,通过考察其质量随时间的变化,研究加入GO对PE-UHMW吸水性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,GO的加入提高了PE-UHMW的吸水性,同时也提高了其在含氧酸、非含氧酸和碱性环境下的耐腐蚀性能。另外,其在含氧酸和碱性环境下的耐腐蚀性能优于非含氧酸环境。可以通过添加极少量GO的方式,提高PE-UHMW的耐腐蚀性能。

Inorder to improve the corrosion resistance of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(PE-UHMW),graphene oxide(GO) is prepared by the modified Hummer method,and the PE-UHMW/GO composites(the mass fraction of GO is 0.1%) were prepared by liquid phase ultrasonic mixing and then hot pressing. The pure PE-UHMW and PE-UHMW/GO composites were soaked in pure water,70% H2SO4 solution,50% HCl solution,20% NaOH solution respectively,through the investigation of the quality changes with time,the effects of GO on water absorbent and resistant corrosion performance of PE-UHMW was studied. The results show that the addition of GO can improve the water absorption of PE-UHMW,and it also can improve the corrosion resistance in the oxygenated acid,non oxygenated acid and alkaline environment. In addition,its corrosion resistance in the oxygenated acid and alkaline environment is better than the non oxygenated acid environment. The corrosion resistance of PE-UHMW can be improved by adding a small amount of GO.
