城中村改造是中国城市化进程中最为重要、涉及面最广的工程之一，具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。然而拆二代作为既得利益者，却陷入物质文明和精神文明反差大的困境，其中重要原因在于就业主动性的缺失。论文选取郑州市160名拆二代作为样本，采用结构式访问和个别访谈相结合的方法，以拆二代就业主动性模型为基础，调查分析了拆二代的就业主动性的影响因素，主要有性别、文化程度、拆迁补偿、社交技能等四个方面，并据此建立多元线性回归模型。

The transformation of villages in the city is one of the most important and the most exten‐sive projects in the process of urbanization in China .It has huge economic and social benefits .However , the split second generation as a vested interest ,but in the material and spiritual civilization contrast ,the important reason lies in the lack of employment initiative .This paper takes Zhengzhou City 160 split second generation as a sample , using a combination of structured interview and individual interview method ,to dismantle the employment of the second generation active model as the foundation ,investi‐gation and analysis of the split second generation of employment initiative influence factors ,w hich are gender ,culture degree ,relocation compensation ,social skills ,four aspects ,and accordingly establishes multiple linear regression model .
