目的：：探讨子宫肌瘤手术前后采用小剂量米非司酮对手术的影响效果。方法：对某院诊治的80例子宫肌瘤患者相关资料进行回顾性综合分析,根据患者手术前后是否使用米非司酮将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组术前100d 小剂量服用米非司酮并且手术时和术后停止用药,实验组在对照组基础上术后服用小剂量米非司酮6个月,比较两组对手术的影响。结果：手术3个月后,实验组血清孕酮水平为(0.72±0.18)ng/L、术后3个月术后雌激素为(97.5±17.5)pg/L,低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论：子宫肌瘤患者术前使用小剂量米非司酮能够有效的抑制肿瘤的发展,术后使用小剂量米非司酮能够有效的降低复发率,值得推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of preoperative and postoperative application of low does mifepristone on Myomectomy .Methods:Make retrospective analysis on the data of 80 patients with myoma of uterus received in some hospital and divide them into control group and experiment group according to whether they applied mifepristone before and after myomectomy.The control group kept taking low does mifepristone during the 100 days before myomectomy and stopped during operation and after operation. Based on that in control group,the experiment group kept taking ow does mifepristone during the 6 months after myomectomy,compare the influence on operation in both group.Results:3 months later after myomec-tomy ,the density of progestone in serum was (0.72 ±0.18)ng/L,and the density of estrogen was (97.5 ± 17.5)pg/l,which was lower than that of the control group,(P <0.05).Conclusion:If the patients with myoma of uterus keep taking low does mifepristone before myomectomy ,it would be possible to effectively inhabit the develop of tumor,and it would be possible to lower relapse rate if they keep taking low does mifepristone after operation,it is worthy of promotion and application.
