目的：对血宁片和多糖铁复合物胶囊在维持性血液透析肾性贫血患者中的治疗效果进行调查。方法选择我院2013年5月～2015年5月间68例进行维持性血液透析后发生肾性贫血的患者，根据患者自身意愿将其分为两组，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗后SF、TSAT、Hb、Hct水平明显高于对照组，两组比较P＜0.05。对照组有2例恶心、1例腹泻病例；实验组有1例腹泻、1例呕吐病例，两组比较无明显差异，P＞0.05，χ2=1.32。结论血宁片在本病中的疗效更为显著，能够纠正患者病情。

목적：대혈저편화다당철복합물효낭재유지성혈액투석신성빈혈환자중적치료효과진행조사。방법선택아원2013년5월～2015년5월간68례진행유지성혈액투석후발생신성빈혈적환자，근거환자자신의원장기분위량조，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과실험조환자치료후SF、TSAT、Hb、Hct수평명현고우대조조，량조비교P＜0.05。대조조유2례악심、1례복사병례；실험조유1례복사、1례구토병례，량조비교무명현차이，P＞0.05，χ2=1.32。결론혈저편재본병중적료효경위현저，능구규정환자병정。
Objective To Xue Ning tablet and polysaccharide iron complex capsule in the maintenance of hemodialysis patients with renal anemia treatment effect were investigated.Methods Patients with renal anemia occurred in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015, 68 patients with renal anemia were divided into two groups according to their own wil, the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe levels of TSAT, Hb, Hct and SF in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the two groups were compared withP< 0.05. The control group had 2 cases of nausea, 1 cases of diarrhea, the experimental group had 1 cases of diarrhea, 1 cases of vomiting, the difference between the two groups,P>0.05,χ2=1.32.Conclusion The curative effect on the disease of the blood tablet is more significant, can correct the patient's condition.
