2014年1、4、7、10月初以鄱阳湖星子湿地为研究区域,采用静态密闭暗箱-气相色谱法测定了该区域甲烷排放通量,并采用统计分析方法探讨分析了温度和水位对它的影响。结果表明:1)鄱阳湖湿地甲烷排放通量呈现明显的季节变化特征:夏季排放量最高,为0.250 mg·m-2·h-1,春秋次之,分别为0.094和0.082 mg·m-2· h-1,冬季最低,为1.64×10-3 mg·m-2·h-1;2)甲烷排放通量的日变化规律表现为日间排放量高夜间排放量低,与温度的变化基本一致;3)甲烷排放通量与大气温度、水温和水位呈正相关,SPSS 回归分析结果表明,一定温度范围内甲烷排放通量随温度呈指数式增长,但由于水位对甲烷排放通量的影响较复杂无法得出甲烷排放量随水位的具体变化方式。

The current stuy aimed to investigate the deposition regularity of selenium on rat's kidney,liver, heart and bones after been fed with different forms of selenium.The rats were fed by gavage once a day for 4 weeks with organic selenium (L-SeMC),inorganic selenium (Na2SeO3),vitamin E and supplements (containing L-SeMC、Na2 SeO3 and procyanidins),respectively.The samples of kidney,liver,heart and bones from the sacrificed rats were collected and digested by a wet digestion protocol.Total selenium con-tent was determined by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry (AFS).In this study,we found that the deposi-tion of selenium in rats tissues increased after fed with the two forms of selenium in the experiment.More-over,when compared with organic selenium/VE group,organic group and VE group,the total selenium content in the selenium/VE group was significantly higher than the other two groups except in kidney (P<0.05),indicating that VE accelerated the deposition of selenium in rat tissues.Different doses of supple-ment groups revealed that the tissues selenium content was proportional to the dose of supplements.But the selenium deposition in supplements group was lower than the organic/inorganic group with the same dose of selenium.It could be speculated that procyanidins might inhibit the deposition of selenium in tis-sues.In conclusion,different forms of selenium exhibited good effects of selenium deposition in rat tissues. Combination of organic selenium and VE significantly increased the total selenium content.Within certain limits,the tissue selenium content increased with the dose of selenium raised.
