伴随人类文明的高度发展，文化在社会中的地位提升，日益发挥出其作用。财经类高职院校由于受到传统的教学理念的影响，一直以专业性占据优势，而不重视文化素质的教育，本文通过对其在当下环境中的现状分析，从创新的角度出发，探讨了一些对其文化素质教育能起到一定改革作用的新路径。

With the development of human civilization, the status of culture in the society is promoted, which is playing an important role increasingly. Because of the influence of the traditional teaching ideas, the finance and e-conomics vocational colleges focus on specialty education and ignore quality education in culture. According to the analysis of the status of the present environment, this paper starts from the point of innovation, discuss the new path that play reformational roles to the quality education in culture.
