目的:探讨晚期肺腺鳞癌患者立体定向放疗( SBRT)后血清性激素的变化对治疗效果的评价的价值。方法对198例未经治疗的男性晚期肺腺癌和鳞癌患者在SBRT前及治疗完成后两月分别检测血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH),孕酮(P)的浓度,并同时检查肺部CT影像学,对其改变进行分析。结果血清P、FSH、LH水平在SBRT前后无明显变化( P>0.05);而E2、T在SBRT后均有明显差异。血清E2、T、P在治疗有效组患者SBRT前后均有明显差异( P<0.05)。按病理分类统计,治疗有效组中鳞癌组患者血清E2、T在SBRT前后有显著差异,而腺癌组患者则血清E2、T、P在SBRT前后有显著差异。结论监测SBRT前后血清E2、T、P水平的变化对男性晚期肺腺鳞癌的疗效预测具有一定的价值。

Objective To explore the effect of serum sexual hormones on the evaluation of stereotactic radia-tion therapy for male advanced adenocarcinoma and squamous cell lung cancer. Methods 198 male advanced ade-nocarcinoma and squamous cell lung cancer without prior therapy were selected in this study. The levels of E2 , T, FSH, LH and P in serum were examined by radioimmunoassay before and after SBRT. Results There was no signif-icant change in the levels of P, FSH and LH, while the level of E2 and T changed significantly before and after SBRT. Two months after SBRT, the value of E2 and T in the effective treatment patients of adenocarcinoma showed significant differences ( P<0. 05 ) , while the expressions of E2 , T and P of the effective treatment patients of ad-vanced squamous cell carcinoma changed significantly (P<0. 05). Conclusion The detection of serum E2, T and P may be beneficial for evaluation of the effect of SBRT on male advanced adenocarcinoma and squamous cell lung cancer patients.
