国家标准分析方法规定,测定COD(Cr)须进行2小时的回流加热消解。但没有明确规范加热的精确温度及具体的溶液沸腾状况。试验研究表明:过高的消解温度会使少量重铬酸钾分解,以致影响测定结果。低COD水样必须采取恒温微沸腾回流消解的手段,可以减小相应测定误差。

In national standard analytical methods ,it is defined that 2 hours of reflux heating digestion should be carried on to measure COD (Cr). But the precise temperature and the specific boiling solution condition are not clearly defined. The experiments show that too high digesting temperature will make a little of potassium dichromate decompose which leads to the measure results deviation. The low COD sam‐ples must carry on the method of constant temperature slightly boiling reflux digestion in order to decrease the measure error.
