目的：探讨结核感染T细胞斑点试验（T-SPOT）在青少年结核病诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析本院2012年1月~2015年2月临床确诊为结核病并进行T-SPOT检测的162名青少年患者，并与结核抗体检测结果进行对比。结果 T-SPOT对全体患者、肺结核患者和肺外结核患者检测的阳性率分别为63.58%、58.89%和69.44%，明显高于结核抗体检测的20.99%、23.33%和18.06%。结论 T-SPOT诊断青少年结核病具有快速、准确、阳性率高的特点，对青少年人结核病具有极高的诊断价值。
目的：探討結覈感染T細胞斑點試驗（T-SPOT）在青少年結覈病診斷中的價值。方法迴顧性分析本院2012年1月~2015年2月臨床確診為結覈病併進行T-SPOT檢測的162名青少年患者，併與結覈抗體檢測結果進行對比。結果 T-SPOT對全體患者、肺結覈患者和肺外結覈患者檢測的暘性率分彆為63.58%、58.89%和69.44%，明顯高于結覈抗體檢測的20.99%、23.33%和18.06%。結論 T-SPOT診斷青少年結覈病具有快速、準確、暘性率高的特點，對青少年人結覈病具有極高的診斷價值。
목적：탐토결핵감염T세포반점시험（T-SPOT）재청소년결핵병진단중적개치。방법회고성분석본원2012년1월~2015년2월림상학진위결핵병병진행T-SPOT검측적162명청소년환자，병여결핵항체검측결과진행대비。결과 T-SPOT대전체환자、폐결핵환자화폐외결핵환자검측적양성솔분별위63.58%、58.89%화69.44%，명현고우결핵항체검측적20.99%、23.33%화18.06%。결론 T-SPOT진단청소년결핵병구유쾌속、준학、양성솔고적특점，대청소년인결핵병구유겁고적진단개치。
Objective To evaluate the value of tuberculosis infection T cell-SPOT testing (T-SPOT) in the diagnosis of adolescent tuberculosis. Methods 162 adolescent patients clinically diagnosed with tuberculosis and given T-SPOT in our hospital from January 2012 to February 2015 were analyzed retrospectively and the results was compared with the tuberculosis antibody detection result. Results The positive rates of T-SPOT for all patients,pulmonary tuberculosis patients and extra pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 63.58%,58.89%and 69.44%respectively,which was significantly higher than that of tuberculosis antibody detection (20.99%,23.33%and 18.06%respectively). Conclusion T-SPOT has the features of rapidness,accuracy and high positive rate in the diagnosis of adolescent tuberculosis,which is of high diagnostic value for adolescent tuberculosis.
