本文通过对西京学院人力资源管理中人才引进工作现状的分析,优势、劣势的探讨,提出今后在人力资源方面的战略布局。作者认为民办高校应进一步重视自身发展,建立良好口碑;全校范围内建立“以教师为本”的管理思想,进一步加强绩效考核,高度重视组织文化与校园文化建设,切实做到以平台吸引人,以事业留人。

The strategic arrangement regarding the Human Resources of Xi Jing Institute in the future has been put forward in this article by analyzing the current conditions of the talent introduction in the Xi Jing Human Re-source Management Center and the study of its advantage sand disadvantages. The author thinks that the private col-lege shall pay much attention on the self-development to build good image; the teacher-oriented management con-cepts of shall be promoted around the college,and the college cultural development shall be advanced to provide a good talent introduction platform for those people who are willing to stay for better carrier.
