目的：探讨中医健康管理联合西药治疗气滞血瘀型血脂异常的临床效果。方法选取2013年10月~2014年3月门诊的60例血脂异常患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各30例。对照组给予口服阿托伐他汀钙片10 mg，1次/d，治疗组在对照组的基础上进行中医健康管理，8周后比较两组的三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平变化，中医症状积分变化和临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗后的胸胁胀闷、走窜疼痛、心烦不安症状评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗后的TC、LDL-C、TG水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中医健康管理联合西药治疗气滞血瘀型血脂异常的效果优于单纯西药治疗。

목적：탐토중의건강관리연합서약치료기체혈어형혈지이상적림상효과。방법선취2013년10월~2014년3월문진적60례혈지이상환자작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조화치료조，각30례。대조조급여구복아탁벌타정개편10 mg，1차/d，치료조재대조조적기출상진행중의건강관리，8주후비교량조적삼선감유（TG）、총담고순（TC）、저밀도지단백담고순（LDL-C）、고밀도지단백담고순（HDL-C）수평변화，중의증상적분변화화림상료효。결과치료조적총유효솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。치료조치료후적흉협창민、주찬동통、심번불안증상평분현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。치료조치료후적TC、LDL-C、TG수평현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론중의건강관리연합서약치료기체혈어형혈지이상적효과우우단순서약치료。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine health management combined with Western medicine in the treatment of dyslipidemia with the type of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis. Methods 60 pa-tients with dyslipidemia in the outpatient department from October 2013 to March 2014 were selected and randomly di-vided into the control group and the treatment group,30 patients in each group.The control group was orally given 10 mg of atorvastatin calcium tablets once a day.The treatment group was further given traditional Chinese medicine health management on the basis of the control group.The level change of TG,EC,LDL-C and HDL-C,change of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and clinical curative effect after 8 weeks in two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with significant differ-ence(P<0.05).The symptom score of chest discomfort,referred pain,being upset and disturbed in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of TC,LDL-C and TG in the treatment group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine health management combined with Western medicine in the treatment of dyslipidemia with the type of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis has better curative effect than Western treatment alone.
