民办高等教育在我国高等教育大众化进程中发挥了重要的作用，已成为我国高等教育事业中的重要增长点和重要组成部分，但在实际发展过程中还面临着外部政策不够完善、缺乏有力公共财政支持，内部管理体制有待健全，内涵质量需进一步提升等多方面的问题，亟需政府提供完善的政策支持，同时更需要民办高校自身建立现代大学制度，提高办学质量，共同实现民办高等教育的健康和可持续发展。
민판고등교육재아국고등교육대음화진정중발휘료중요적작용，이성위아국고등교육사업중적중요증장점화중요조성부분，단재실제발전과정중환면림착외부정책불구완선、결핍유력공공재정지지，내부관리체제유대건전，내함질량수진일보제승등다방면적문제，극수정부제공완선적정책지지，동시경수요민판고교자신건립현대대학제도，제고판학질량，공동실현민판고등교육적건강화가지속발전。
Private higher education plays an important role in the popularization of higher education in our country. It has become an important growing point and part of higher education. However,in the actual development process,there are still many problems,such as inadequate external policies,lack of effective public financial support,unhealthy inner management system,and underdeveloped internal development,which need immediate perfect policy support from the government. At the same time,it also needs them to establish the modern university system on their own,improve the quality of running school and realize the healthy and sustainable development of private higher education.
