针对建筑主体钢柱与砌体填充墙之间经常出现的裂缝问题,提出了一种创新构造做法,采用设置永久明缝,并在缝内填堵高弹性功能材料,有效地解决了这一问题,既能很好地满足设计要求、又方便施工;另外还针对装配式高层建筑中钢柱与预制钢筋桁架剪力墙整体连接形成组合筒体结构问题,提出了一种创新技术,包括预制钢筋桁架剪力墙与钢柱的整体连接技术,该技术采用了焊接和键槽双重措施。这种连接具有优良的耐震性能、结构整体性好、构件之间连接节点构造简单、操作方便。

This paper focused on the problem of open crack between the steel column of main building and masonry infill walls ,an innovative construction method was proposed ,which can effectively solve the problem so as to satisfy the design requirements and construct conveniently .In addition ,a new technology about the composite tube structure formed by steel column and precast reinforced truss shear wall was proposed , which comprises integrated connection technology of precast reinforced concrete shear wall with steel column . The measures of welding and keyway were adopted in integrated connection technology ,this technology has the advantages of simple structure of connection ,easy‐operation and excellent seismic performance as well as structural integrity .
