Concept of knowledge transformation%Newly-built local colleges and universities%Ap-plication technology in colleges and universities
知识观转型具体表现在:“知识即真理”转向“知识即经验”;“知识即闲暇”转向“知识即生产要素”;以人文知识为主导转向以科学知识为主导;“单向接受”转向“双向互动”;“关注知识数量”转向“追求知识质量”。当前,新建地方院校转型发展过程中存在着办学目标定位模糊,校企合作表面化、低层化,学科专业同质化严重,双师型教师严重缺乏,评价主体单一化、评价标准统一化等问题。因此,在知识观转型的视角下,对新建地方院校转型发展提出以下建议:在办学目标方面,明确向应用技术型高校发展;在办学路径方面,继续深化校企合作、产教融合;在学科专业方面要强化改革;在师资队伍方面,寻求双师型教师;在评估机制方面,评价主体引入企业行业等社会力量。

Knowledge concept specifically shows: from the concept that “knowledge is truth” to the concept that “knowledge or experience”,“Knowledge is leisure” to “knowledge is factor of production”, from the orientation of humanities knowledge to the orientation of scientific knowledge;from “one-way reception” to “two-way interaction”,from “focus on knowledge quantity” to “pursuing knowledge quali-ty”. Currently,in the developing process of the transformation of the newly-built local colleges and uni-versities,there are such problems as fuzzy educational target,superficial and low-level university-enter-prise cooperation,serious homogeneity of academic disciplines and serious lack of double-professionally-titled teachers,single evaluation subject,and unified evaluation standard. Therefore,from the perspective of knowledge concept transformation,the following suggestions about the development and transformation of the newly-built local colleges and universities are put forward:as for educational targets,they should clearly take the way of application technology colleges and universities. In terms of school-running path,they should continue to deepen cooperation between colleges and companies,integration between teaching and production. In the aspect of professional disciplines,reform should be strengthened. As for teaching staff,they should employ double-professionally-titled teachers. As to evaluation mechanism,e-valuation subject should be introduced into companies and industries and other social forces.
