运用履历研究法,以我国1166所普通本科高等学校的770位校级女性领导的简历为数据基础,从学校层次、职位与职务三个维度探讨我国高等学校女性领导的群体特征,研究发现:我国本科院校女性领导总体人数少、比例低;学校层次、职位与职务彼此间对女性领导的任职具有相互影响;学校层次越高,女性领导的任职条件越好;正副职职位间,女性领导任职特征差异不大;不同职务间,女性行政领导的任职条件普遍优于党委领导。针对当前特征与现状,女性自身、高校以及社会需共同努力,提高女性自身任职能力,优化组织中女性领导的任职比例与结构,创建女性发展的社会支持系统,优化教育生态。

On the data base of resumes of 770 female leaders from 1,166 regular undergraduate colleges and universities,this research adopts CV research method to study similarities and differences of group characteristics of female leader in colleges and universities from school level,position and du-ties in China. The study found that there are few female leaders of the overall number with low pro-portion. School level,position and duties have a mutual influence on serving for female leaders. The higher the school level is,the better working conditions are for female leaders. There is little difference in female leadership characteristics between chief and deputy posts. Due to different positions,working conditions for female executive leaders are generally better than the Party leaders. Based on the current characteristics and current situation,the women themselves,colleges and universities as well as the com-munity need to work together to improve their post competence,optimize the service proportions and structure of female leaders in our organizations,create a social support system for their development,and optimize the educational ecology.
