目的：研究依托咪酯并瑞芬太尼在高龄胃肠镜诊疗中的临床应用效果；方法：选择2014年1月—2014年12月在我院接受胃肠镜诊疗的高龄患者168例，按照随机数字表法按照1：1将所有患者分为实验组和对照组，两组患者一般资料比较，无显著统计学差异（P>0.05）。实验组行依托咪酯并瑞芬太尼麻醉，对照组行芬太尼并丙泊酚麻醉。观察两组患者诊疗前、中、后心率、血压、血氧饱和度，苏醒时间及离室时间，麻醉期间及苏醒后不良反应；结果：实验组诊疗中、诊疗后心率、收缩压、舒张压、血氧饱和度均显著高于对照组，P<0.05。实验组苏醒时间及离室时间显著短于对照组，P<0.05。实验组不良反应发生率（15.48%）显著低于对照组（48.81%），P<0.05；结论：依托咪酯并瑞芬太尼应用于高龄胃肠镜诊疗，安全、有效，值得应用于临床。

Objective: To study the clinical effects of etomidate and remifentanil in the diagnosis and treatment of the elderly gastrointestinal endoscopy patients. Methods: 168 elderly patients in 2014 January -- 2014 December were collected to accept the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal endoscopy randomly according to random number table1:1. All patients were divided into experimental group and control group, compared general data of two group patients, with no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). The experimental group underwent etomidate and remifentanil, control group with fentanyl and propofol anesthesia. Observed two groups of patients before, during and after the heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, recovery time, and leave the room time and awaken anesthesia during and after the adverse reactions. Results:In the experimental group, after treatment in diagnosis and treatment of heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, oxygen saturation was signiifcantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05. The experimental group recovery time and leave the room time was signiifcantly shorter than that in control group,P< 0.05. The incidence of adverse reaction in experimental group (15.48%) was signiifcantly lower than the control group (48.81%),P<0.05.Conclusion: Etomidate and remifentanil used in diagnosis and treatment of senile gastrointestinal endoscopy was safe and effective, It is worth for clinical application.
