采用铁碳微电解作为养猪沼液预处理手段,预处理后的养猪沼液用于小球藻养殖。试验结果表明:铁碳微电解对养猪沼液中 COD 和总磷的去除效果显著,分别达到了42.41%,93.38%,对主要的重金属 Cu 和 Zn 的去除率也分别达到了63.8%,70.3%,但是对总氮、氨氮的含量影响不大。受高氨氮、低磷影响,小球藻生长非常缓慢甚至完全死亡。经过铁碳微电解和小球藻养殖的双重净化作用,沼液的 COD 和总磷的去除率分别为57.95%,99.24%,但是沼液中的总氮去除率仅仅达到17.87%。因此就微藻养殖的目的而言,铁碳微电解方法还不是最适宜的沼液预处理方法。经此方法预处理后的养猪沼液出现高氨氮、低磷以及残留较多铁离子等不利于微藻的生长的因素。

Using iron-carbon micro-electrolysis(ICME)as piggery biogas slurry pretreatment method,we applied pretreatment of piggery biogas slurry to Chlorella cultivation.The test results showed that:The re-moval rates of COD and TP were 42.41% and 93.38%,respectively,while the main heavy metals Cu2+ and Zn2+ had 63.8% and 70.3% removal rates respectively.But ICME treatment showed little impact on total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen content of the piggery biogas slurry,which was the main obstacles of Chlo-rella growth.After ICME pretreatment and Chlorella cultivation,the final COD,TP and TN contents of the slurry removal ratio were 57.95%,99.24%,and 17.87%,respectively.High ammonia nitrogen,low phos-phorus and maybe plus high ferrum ion remaining were the major drawback of ICME pretreatment,in terms of microalgae cultivation.
