目的:分析胫骨近端解剖钢板与锁定钢板用于胫骨平台骨折(Tibial plateau fractures,TPF)中的应用价值。方法:2010年1月~2014年1月,采用解剖钢板治疗患者46例,纳入解剖钢板组,采用锁定钢板治疗患者74例,纳入锁定钢板组,对比相关指标。结果:锁定钢板组手术时间、术中估计出血量、骨折愈合时间、末次随访 HSS 评分低于解剖钢板组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);锁定钢板组术中用药率、不良事件合计例次率低于解剖钢板组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:锁定钢板治疗Ⅰ-Ⅲ型 TPH 拥有比较优势,可有效降低不良事件发生风险,患者康复更迅速,关节功能恢复更理想。
目的:分析脛骨近耑解剖鋼闆與鎖定鋼闆用于脛骨平檯骨摺(Tibial plateau fractures,TPF)中的應用價值。方法:2010年1月~2014年1月,採用解剖鋼闆治療患者46例,納入解剖鋼闆組,採用鎖定鋼闆治療患者74例,納入鎖定鋼闆組,對比相關指標。結果:鎖定鋼闆組手術時間、術中估計齣血量、骨摺愈閤時間、末次隨訪 HSS 評分低于解剖鋼闆組,差異具有統計學意義(P <0.05);鎖定鋼闆組術中用藥率、不良事件閤計例次率低于解剖鋼闆組,差異具有統計學意義(P <0.05)。結論:鎖定鋼闆治療Ⅰ-Ⅲ型 TPH 擁有比較優勢,可有效降低不良事件髮生風險,患者康複更迅速,關節功能恢複更理想。
목적:분석경골근단해부강판여쇄정강판용우경골평태골절(Tibial plateau fractures,TPF)중적응용개치。방법:2010년1월~2014년1월,채용해부강판치료환자46례,납입해부강판조,채용쇄정강판치료환자74례,납입쇄정강판조,대비상관지표。결과:쇄정강판조수술시간、술중고계출혈량、골절유합시간、말차수방 HSS 평분저우해부강판조,차이구유통계학의의(P <0.05);쇄정강판조술중용약솔、불량사건합계례차솔저우해부강판조,차이구유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론:쇄정강판치료Ⅰ-Ⅲ형 TPH 옹유비교우세,가유효강저불량사건발생풍험,환자강복경신속,관절공능회복경이상。
To analyze the application value of the proximal tibia anatomic plate and the locking plate used in the tibial plateau fractures (TFP).Methods:From January 2010 to January 2014,46 cases treated by anatomic plate were selected as the anatomic plate group and 76 cases treated by locking plate were selected as the locking plate group.The relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative estimated blood loss,fracture healing time and the last follow-up HSS score of the locking plate group was lower than that of the anatomical plate group,the difference was significant statistically significant (P <0.05).The intraoperative usage rate,the rate of adverse events in total cases of the locking plate group was lower than that of the anatomical plate group,the difference was significant statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Locking plate in the treatment of Ⅰ -Ⅲ type TPH has comparative advantage,can effectively reduce the risk of adverse events,patients recover more quickly,more ideal joint function recovery.
