新加坡教育分流政策,通过鼓励不同族群学习相互语言,既为不同族群相互沟通创造了条件,又避免了族群间文化矛盾激化。新加坡教育分流政策,对我国面向少数民族和民族地区的教育具有重要启示,处处彰显多元文化和谐相处、相融的理念和服务,以及教育政策与其他促进族群整合政策的协调,值得我国学习和借鉴。

Through encouraging different ethnic groups to learn diverse languages mutually, the Singapore educa-tion shunt policy not only creates prerequisites for different ethnic groups communicating with each other,but also avoids the intensification of contradictions between them. The Singapore education shunt policy has essential enlight-ment for Chinese education of ethnic minorities. It shows the harmonious multiple-culture and the coordination be-tween education and other ethnic policies. It is worth learning from it for our country.
