目的：探讨瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床疗效，为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取我院2013年2月~2015年2月收治的冠心病患者138例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各69例，对照组在常规治疗的基础上应用阿托伐他汀治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗，15 d后观察两组治疗效果和心功能评级。结果治疗组总有效率为97.10%，对照组总有效率为81.16%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组心功能分级总有效率为95.65%，对照组为78.26%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗效果明显，心功能分级明显提高，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토서서벌타정여아탁벌타정치료관심병적림상료효，위림상치료제공의거。방법선취아원2013년2월~2015년2월수치적관심병환자138례，수궤분위대조조화치료조，각69례，대조조재상규치료적기출상응용아탁벌타정치료，치료조재상규치료적기출상응용서서벌타정치료，15 d후관찰량조치료효과화심공능평급。결과치료조총유효솔위97.10%，대조조총유효솔위81.16%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；치료조심공능분급총유효솔위95.65%，대조조위78.26%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론재상규치료적기출상응용서서벌타정치료효과명현，심공능분급명현제고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 138 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 69 patients in each group.The control group was given atorvastatin treatment on the basis of conventional treatment and the treatment group was given rosuvastatin treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment effects and cardiac function grading between two groups 15 days later was observed respectively. Results The total ef-fective rate of treatment group was 97.10% and that of control group was 81.16%,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Re-garding to the cardiac function grading,the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.65% and that of control group was 78.26%,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of rosuvastatin on the basis of conventional treatment shows obvious effect and improves the cardiac function grading,which is worthy of clinical promotion and ap-plication.
