提出一款新锥式单螺杆压缩机,该机采用锥螺旋式啮合达到气体压缩的目的。对于压缩机其振动性能是评价该机性能好坏的重要指标,为此,为了研究锥螺杆压缩机的振动变化规律,建立了锥螺杆转子的曲面方程及实体模型,进行振动模态分析计算;为了避免锥螺杆压缩机工作中产生共振现象,载荷频率应该避开各阶固有频率,或调整结构参数使其避开共振的频率区域。转子的振动模态分析,为锥螺杆压缩机的设计和工作提供理论依据。

This paper proposes a new cone single screw compressor, its uniqueness lies in the principle by using of cone screw-type engagement. To this end, a series of studies were made on this new compressor. The surface equation of the cone screw rotor was established. Three-dimensional model of cone screw rotor was fast and accurately generated. The model calculation for the cone screw rotor was worked out based on analysis method, and that, the first six natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode was gained. In order to avoid resonance, the frequency of working load should keep away from each natural frequency, or change structural parameters of the cone screw rotor to avoid resonance frequency region. The analysis results provided a reference for the screw compressor’s design and actual operation.
