山西经济长久以来是以能源基地建设为主体的经济，过度的煤炭开采，给山西带来了一系列的社会问题，山西经济必须进行转型跨越发展。“互联网+”时代的到来，使山西催生了各种新的商业模式，“互联网+”是山西转型跨越发展的主题之一。本文对制约“互联网+”发展的人才培养问题进行了研究，采用AHP层次分析法对影响人才培养的因素进行分析，以软件工程专业为例，从岗位需求的角度进行了人才培养方案的设定，为高校人才培养提供了参考。

Shanxi economy for a long time is the construction of energy base as the mainstay of the economy, over exploitation of coal, to Shanxi brought a series of social problems, the Shanxi economy must of transformation and the spanning development. The arrival of the Internet + era, so that the birth of a variety of new business model in Shanx-i, Internet + is one of the themes of Shanxi's transformation and leapfrog development. In this paper, the talent of re-stricting the development of the Internet + training were studied, by using AHP analysis method of talent cultivation factors analysis, set in software engineering specialty as an example, from the perspective of post demand talent training scheme, for the university personnel training to provide a reference.
