本文以进出口商品质量安全风险国家监测中心上海分中心监测数据为依据，就北美地区技术法规标准变更风险进行了分析。根据研究分析发现，北美地区对于机电产品中能效要求以及对玩具等消费产品中有毒有害物质含量要求的关注度相对较高。此外，北美地区特别是美国对于玩具磁力的要求也值得关注。检验检疫应就此类标准或法规信息给予关注与研究，在经监测、研判并掌握确实信息的前提下，适时利用国家风险监测中心平台为企业提供相关信息预警服务。

This paper analyzed riskscaused by modiifcation of technical regulations and standards in North America, based on the information data of Import and Export Industrial Products National (shanghai branch) Risk Monitoring Center.According to the research analysis, requirements of energy efifciency of the mechanical and electrical products and the content of the toxic and harmful substances in toys and other consumer products were paid relatively high attention in North America.Furthermore, the requirements of magnetic toys were also worth attention in North America especially in US. Inspection and quarantine bureau shall pay attention and make research on such standards or regulations.On the premise of monitoring and analysis,timely providing warning service for enterprise through state risk monitoring platform.
