目的：探讨中西医结合早期治疗干燥综合征（sjogren syndrome ，SS ）的临床疗效。方法将64例S S患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，每组各32例。对照组给予泼尼松片15 mg，口服，每日1次，4周后减量，每周减量1／2片，第12周停药；甲氨蝶呤片10 mg，每周1次。治疗组在对照组基础上加用白芍总苷胶囊0.6g，口服，每日3次。2组均治疗36周后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组（ P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，2组血沉（ESR）、Schirmer （滤纸）试验、血清γ球蛋白（IgG、IgM 、IgA）水平均较前有明显改善（P＜0.05），治疗组与对照组比较，各项指标改善更为明显（P＜0.05）。结论白芍总苷联合小剂量泼尼松、甲氨蝶呤早期治疗S S疗效确切。

목적：탐토중서의결합조기치료간조종합정（sjogren syndrome ，SS ）적림상료효。방법장64례S S환자수궤분위치료조급대조조，매조각32례。대조조급여발니송편15 mg，구복，매일1차，4주후감량，매주감량1／2편，제12주정약；갑안접령편10 mg，매주1차。치료조재대조조기출상가용백작총감효낭0.6g，구복，매일3차。2조균치료36주후진행료효평개。결과치료조총유효솔고우대조조（ P＜0.05）；여치료전비교，2조혈침（ESR）、Schirmer （려지）시험、혈청γ구단백（IgG、IgM 、IgA）수평균교전유명현개선（P＜0.05），치료조여대조조비교，각항지표개선경위명현（P＜0.05）。결론백작총감연합소제량발니송、갑안접령조기치료S S료효학절。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating patients with sjogren syndrome.Methods 64 cases of patients with sjogren syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,32 cases in each group.The control group was given prednisone tablets 15 mg once a day ,4 weeks after the reduction ,reduction of half a slice of a week ,twelfth weeks withdrawal.Methotrexate tablets 10 mg once a week ,a common drug treatment for 36 weeks.The treatment group was given total glucosides of paeony capsules 0.6 g three times a day based on the treatment of the control group.Two groups were evaluated therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of 12 ,24 ,36 weeks.Results The total effi‐ciency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with be‐fore treatment ,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) ,serum γ‐globulin and Schirmer test of two group were signif‐icantly improved(P< 0.05).Each index of the treatment group improved more obviously than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of total glucosides of paeony and smaller dose of prednisone ,methotrexate is effective in the treatment of sjogren syndrome.
