大学生的综合素质由专业素质和非专业素质两方面构成，本文采用调研的方式对苏州大学生的非专业素质情况进行了调查研究，针对调研结果，认为可以通过拓展训练的方式提升学生的非专业素质。

College students' comprehensive quality consists of professional quality and non-professional quality. This paper in-vestigated the non-professional quality of college students in Suzhou, and the result showed that outward bound training can improve the non-professional quality of college students.
