基层连队的指导员是一个极其特殊的群体。指导员能力素质的优劣直接关系到连队乃至整个单位的建设状况。与量化研究相比，质化研究更倾向于在具体情境中对特定对象进行整体性、深层性、动态性的描述与解释。在本文中，笔者通过访谈，从大学教育、履职经历和性格特点三个方面，分析现任指导员的职业成长轨迹。
基層連隊的指導員是一箇極其特殊的群體。指導員能力素質的優劣直接關繫到連隊迺至整箇單位的建設狀況。與量化研究相比，質化研究更傾嚮于在具體情境中對特定對象進行整體性、深層性、動態性的描述與解釋。在本文中，筆者通過訪談，從大學教育、履職經歷和性格特點三箇方麵，分析現任指導員的職業成長軌跡。

The political instructors of the grass-roots units of PLA were an extremely special group. The level of their ability and quality exerted a great influence on the construction status of the company and even the whole troops. Compared with the quanti-tative research, the qualitative research was inclined to describe and interpret special objects in concrete situations overall, deeply and dynamically. In this context, incumbent political instructors' career growth trajectory were analyzed from three aspects, in-cluding college education, working experiences and personality, by interviewing.
