目的:优选消痤散提取工艺。方法以加水量、提取次数和煎煮时间为因素进行正交试验,通过高效液相法测定其黄芩苷、芍药苷含量,以黄芩苷和芍药苷提取量和提取干膏收得率进行加权评分。结果消痤散加10倍量水煎煮,每次煎煮1 h ,共提取3次所得黄芩苷、芍药苷含量较高,干膏收得率较高。结论多指标加权评分正交试验优选消痤散提取工艺为10倍量水煎煮3次,每次煎煮1 h。

목적:우선소좌산제취공예。방법이가수량、제취차수화전자시간위인소진행정교시험,통과고효액상법측정기황금감、작약감함량,이황금감화작약감제취량화제취간고수득솔진행가권평분。결과소좌산가10배량수전자,매차전자1 h ,공제취3차소득황금감、작약감함량교고,간고수득솔교고。결론다지표가권평분정교시험우선소좌산제취공예위10배량수전자3차,매차전자1 h。
Objective To optimize the extraction process for Xiao Cuo powder.Methods Adding water a‐mount ,extraction times and extraction time were used as factors of the orthogonal test and the content of baicalin and paeoniflorin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method.The extraction rate baicalin and paeoniflorin and the extraction rate of dry extract were weighted by a weighted score.Results The content of baicalin and paeoniflorin were higher by the extraction process of extracted 3 times with 10 times the a‐mount of water and 1 h each time.Conclusion Optimization of extraction process for Xiao Cuo powder by orthogo‐nal test of multi‐index weighted score was as following :extracted 3 times with 10 times the amount of water ,1 h each time.
