采用室内“有藻”和“无藻”养殖方法,研究了其对凡纳滨对虾的生长和营养成分的影响。结果表明:“有藻”组(Y)和“无藻”组(W)试验池对虾的成活率、饲料系数(FCR)、产量差异不大。“有藻”组(Y)试验池的对虾最终体重、特定增长率(SGR)、日增重(DWG)、增重率(GBW)均高于“无藻”组(W),但各试验池的差异不显著(P>0.05)。各试验池的对虾最终体长及增长率(GBL)差异也不显著(P>0.05)。“无藻”组(Y)试验池的对虾肌肉的水分、粗蛋白均高于“有藻”组(W),其中W2试验池的对虾肌肉的水分最高,W1试验池的对虾肌肉的粗蛋白最高,各试验池的差异不显著(P>0.05)。“有藻”组(Y)试验池的对虾肌肉的脂肪、灰分均高于“无藻”组(W),其中Y1试验池的对虾肌肉脂肪、灰分最高,W2试验池的对虾肌肉脂肪、灰分最低,各试验池对虾肌肉的脂肪的差异不显著(P>0.05),而“有藻”组(Y)试验池的对虾肌肉灰分显著高于“无藻”组(W)(P<0.05)。“无藻”组(W)试验池的对虾肌肉的氨基酸总量和鲜味氨基酸含量均高于“有藻”组(Y),其中对虾肌肉的氨基酸总量各试验池差异不显著(P>0.05);而“无藻”组(W)试验池对虾肌肉的鲜味氨基酸含量与“有藻”组(Y)存在显著差异(P<0.05)。从以上结果可见,“有藻”和“无藻”养殖模式对凡纳滨对虾的生长和肌肉营养成分影响不显著。

채용실내“유조”화“무조”양식방법,연구료기대범납빈대하적생장화영양성분적영향。결과표명:“유조”조(Y)화“무조”조(W)시험지대하적성활솔、사료계수(FCR)、산량차이불대。“유조”조(Y)시험지적대하최종체중、특정증장솔(SGR)、일증중(DWG)、증중솔(GBW)균고우“무조”조(W),단각시험지적차이불현저(P>0.05)。각시험지적대하최종체장급증장솔(GBL)차이야불현저(P>0.05)。“무조”조(Y)시험지적대하기육적수분、조단백균고우“유조”조(W),기중W2시험지적대하기육적수분최고,W1시험지적대하기육적조단백최고,각시험지적차이불현저(P>0.05)。“유조”조(Y)시험지적대하기육적지방、회분균고우“무조”조(W),기중Y1시험지적대하기육지방、회분최고,W2시험지적대하기육지방、회분최저,각시험지대하기육적지방적차이불현저(P>0.05),이“유조”조(Y)시험지적대하기육회분현저고우“무조”조(W)(P<0.05)。“무조”조(W)시험지적대하기육적안기산총량화선미안기산함량균고우“유조”조(Y),기중대하기육적안기산총량각시험지차이불현저(P>0.05);이“무조”조(W)시험지대하기육적선미안기산함량여“유조”조(Y)존재현저차이(P<0.05)。종이상결과가견,“유조”화“무조”양식모식대범납빈대하적생장화기육영양성분영향불현저。
Using indoor algae and no algae breeding methods, the influence of Litopenaeus vannamei growth and nutrients was studied. As a result, the survival rate, feed coefficient (FCR) and output of two groups algae (Y) and no algae (W) have little difference. The prawn in“algae”group has increased final weight, specific growth rate (SGR), daily gain (DWG) and weight percent gain (GBW) compared with no algae group, but each experiment pool has no significant difference (P>0.05). The final length and growth rate in each pool also have no significant difference (P>0.05). The moisture of muscle, crude protein in no alage pool was higher than algae group, the group W2 has a highest muscle moisture, and the group W1 has a highest muscle crude protein, the differences were not significant yet (P>0.05). The muscle fat and ash content in algae groups were higher than the no algae groups, and the muscle fat and ash content in group Y1 were the highest, the muscle fat and ash content in group W2 were the lowest, the differences were not significant ( P>0.05), however, the muscle ash content of algae group was significant higher than the no algae group (P<0.05). The muscle total amino acid and umami amino acids in no algae group was higher than algae group, the muscle total amino acid in each experiment pool has no significant difference ( P>0.05). Above all, the two breeding model algae and no algae have no significant influence to the growth and muscle nutrition of L. vannamei.
