目的:探讨血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白在儿童感染性疾病早期诊治中的应用价值。方法:选取2012年6月-2014年8月本科收治的1268例感染性疾病患儿为研究对象,根据病原学与血清学结果分为两组,比较两组入院治疗前及治疗后PCT、CRP、WBC及ESR水平。结果:治疗前细菌感染组PCT、CRP水平及阳性率均显著高于非细菌感染组,细菌感染组PCT阳性率明显高于CRP阳性率,以上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前细菌感染组WBC、ESR水平及阳性率与非细菌感染组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PCT和CRP在儿童感染性疾病中均显著增高,但是在早期判定感染性质上PCT较CRP更优越,PCT能够更准确地反映感染性疾病的程度,对感染性疾病的诊断以及预后判断具有良好的临床应用价值。

목적:탐토혈청강개소원화C반응단백재인동감염성질병조기진치중적응용개치。방법:선취2012년6월-2014년8월본과수치적1268례감염성질병환인위연구대상,근거병원학여혈청학결과분위량조,비교량조입원치료전급치료후PCT、CRP、WBC급ESR수평。결과:치료전세균감염조PCT、CRP수평급양성솔균현저고우비세균감염조,세균감염조PCT양성솔명현고우CRP양성솔,이상비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료전세균감염조WBC、ESR수평급양성솔여비세균감염조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:PCT화CRP재인동감염성질병중균현저증고,단시재조기판정감염성질상PCT교CRP경우월,PCT능구경준학지반영감염성질병적정도,대감염성질병적진단이급예후판단구유량호적림상응용개치。
Objective:To investigate the application value of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP) in the early diagnosis and treatment about the disease of infection in children. Method:1268 children with infection in the pediatrics of our hospital from June 2012 to August 2014 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the results of pathogen and serum.The levels of PCT,CRP,WBC and ESR in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Result:Before treatment the levels and positive rates of PCT and CRP in the bacterial infection group were significantly higher than those in the non-bacterial infection group,in the bacterial infection group, the positive rate of PCT was higher than the positive rate of CRP,the differences above were all statistically significant (P<0.05).The differences in the levels and positive rates of WBC and ESR in the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:The levels of PCT and CRP increase significantly in children with infection,but PCT was superior to CRP in the early diagnosis of bacterial infection. The serum procalcitonin can accurately reflect the degree of infectious diseases,it has a good clinical application value in the diagnosis and prognosis of infectious diseases.
