根据流域健康的内涵，综合考虑流域内涉水生态环境健康、涉水经济健康、涉水社会健康等，借鉴国内外关于流域健康评价的相关研究，构建了包括7个必选指标和7个备选指标的流域健康评价指标体系，提出了流域健康的评价标准。以淮河流域为例，对建立的评价指标体系、评价方法和评价标准进行了实际应用，评价结果基本符合淮河流域的实际情况。
根據流域健康的內涵，綜閤攷慮流域內涉水生態環境健康、涉水經濟健康、涉水社會健康等，藉鑒國內外關于流域健康評價的相關研究，構建瞭包括7箇必選指標和7箇備選指標的流域健康評價指標體繫，提齣瞭流域健康的評價標準。以淮河流域為例，對建立的評價指標體繫、評價方法和評價標準進行瞭實際應用，評價結果基本符閤淮河流域的實際情況。
근거류역건강적내함，종합고필류역내섭수생태배경건강、섭수경제건강、섭수사회건강등，차감국내외관우류역건강평개적상관연구，구건료포괄7개필선지표화7개비선지표적류역건강평개지표체계，제출료류역건강적평개표준。이회하류역위례，대건립적평개지표체계、평개방법화평개표준진행료실제응용，평개결과기본부합회하류역적실제정황。
Based on the connotation of watershed health and comprehensively considering the ecological environment health ,the econo‐my health ,the society health which involves water in the basin and referring to researches on the watershed health evaluation at home and abroad ,we structure the watershed health evaluation index system including 7 required indicators and 7 reserved indicators .On this basis ,we have put forward the evaluation criteria on watershed health .In this paper ,we take the Huaihe River Basin for exam‐ple and apply the structured evaluation index system ,the evaluation methods and the evaluation criteria in the Huaihe River Basin . The results show that the evaluation index system can reflect the actual condition of the Huaihe Rriver Basin very well .
