In the process of daily use of HydraⅡC mercury vapourmeter which was made in Leeman company, common faults occurred such as no signal or low signal value for standard material test, no signal or low signal value for sample test, duplicate detection accuracy difference and blank absorption value was too high. Daily maintenance and common troubleshooting methods of the HydraⅡC mercury vapourmeter were discussed.
