受国内油气管道管理水平和管道运行外部条件的制约,在役管道存在腐蚀缺陷的情况较为普遍。对含腐蚀缺陷管道进行剩余强度评价是管道完整性管理的一项重点研究内容,介绍了目前国际上应用最广泛的两种剩余强度评价准则(ASME B31G和API 579),并结合国内某天然气管道腐蚀缺陷分布情况,分别应用两种评价方法计算确定了管道的最大安全工作压力,为成功实施管道的升压计划提供了数据参考。

Assessment of residual strength for defect contained piping is one procedure in piping integration management. In this article, two residual strength assessment criterions – ASME B31G and API 579, which are the most popular worldwide, were introduced. Combined?with?the?corrosion?defects?distribution?in?one?natural?gas?pipeline,?two?methods?based?on?above?criterions?were?used?to?calculate and determine the maximum allowable working pressure, which can be referenced in making the plan of pressure increase for the pipeline.
