随着我国农村经济的发展，农民的法律意识不断增强，法制观念逐步树立，然而在农民法制教育中存在一些问题，诸如农村普法教育机制不健全、教育理念方式存在问题等。加强新农村农民法制教育需从加大法制宣传力度使农民认识到法律的重要性入手，明确教育理念，使教育内容和方法符合农民的要求，健全机制，加强组织领导，规范教育队伍。
隨著我國農村經濟的髮展，農民的法律意識不斷增彊，法製觀唸逐步樹立，然而在農民法製教育中存在一些問題，諸如農村普法教育機製不健全、教育理唸方式存在問題等。加彊新農村農民法製教育需從加大法製宣傳力度使農民認識到法律的重要性入手，明確教育理唸，使教育內容和方法符閤農民的要求，健全機製，加彊組織領導，規範教育隊伍。
수착아국농촌경제적발전，농민적법률의식불단증강，법제관념축보수립，연이재농민법제교육중존재일사문제，제여농촌보법교육궤제불건전、교육이념방식존재문제등。가강신농촌농민법제교육수종가대법제선전력도사농민인식도법률적중요성입수，명학교육이념，사교육내용화방법부합농민적요구，건전궤제，가강조직령도，규범교육대오。
With the development of our rural economy, farmers' legal consciousness unceasing enhancement, the concept of legal system set up gradually, however there exist some problems in the farmers' legal education, such as imperfect rural law dissemination education mechanism, and questionable education concept and method, etc. To strengthen the education legal system of new rural farmers, we need to strengthen the publicity to make farmers aware of the importance of law, clear education idea, make the education content and method meeting the demands of farmers, improve the mechanism, strengthen organizational leadership, and standardize the education team.
